Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
This policy explains how QuikSync Technologies LLP (“we”) handles personal data in connection with Send by QuikSync.
Two roles
- Your account data (names, work emails, phone numbers, billing details, sign-in records): we are the controller.
- Customer Data (recipient lists, message content, sending logs, unsubscribes): our customer is the controller and we process it on their instructions to provide Send. Recipients should contact the sender of the message first; we will help our customer respond.
What we collect and why
- Account and contact details - to create and secure your account, provide support and send service and billing messages.
- Billing details - to take payment and issue invoices. Card details are collected by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Mailbox connection details - to send on your behalf. Passwords and keys are encrypted at rest and never shown back in the product.
- Recipient data and message content - only to schedule, send, and report on your campaigns and keep your suppression list.
- Security and usage logs - to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Send does not place tracking pixels or rewrite links in your emails.
Service providers
We use: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Razorpay (payments), Amazon Web Services (transactional email and, where enabled, managed sending), and Microsoft (optional single sign-on). Messages you send through your own mailbox are processed by that mailbox provider under your agreement with them. Data may be processed outside your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep account and Customer Data while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then delete it, except invoices and records we must keep by law. Suppression entries are kept for as long as the workspace exists so that people who opted out stay opted out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act or India's DPDP Act) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Write to support@quiksync.com; we respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest; access is restricted to the people who need it; each workspace's data is isolated from every other. Report a security concern to security@quiksync.com.
Changes
We will post changes here and notify customers of material changes by email.
