Smart Sending

Your campaign, at your pace.

Control when and how quickly your campaigns are delivered with configurable sending limits, schedules, and intervals. Schedule 100 messages between 9 AM and 5 PM and they are distributed across that window, not processed all at once.

  • Smart Sending

Set the batch size and the delay between messages. Each gap is picked at random within your range, so volume builds gradually.

  • Campaign Scheduling

Start now or on a date you choose. Messages are distributed across your window rather than sent at once.

  • Sending Limits

A daily limit per campaign (50, 100, 200, 500 or your own) and per mailbox, within your plan.

  • Flexible Time Windows

Pick a start and end time, such as 9 AM to 5 PM, in any time zone. Scheduling follows your clock, not the server's.

  • Bounce Management

Hard bounces are detected and suppressed, and a campaign pauses itself if its bounce rate passes a set threshold.

  • Unsubscribe Management

One-click unsubscribe on every message, a suppression list across your lists, campaign-level opt-out and re-subscribe.

  • Campaign Analytics

Daily volume, the schedule, and sent, failed, bounced and unsubscribed for every campaign, in one place.

  • Sender Verification

A Sender Setup checklist verifies your mailbox and reads your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, showing Verified or Action Required.

100 emails from 09:05 to about 16:34, in your time zone. Delays range from 22m 10s to 1h 14m, so volume builds gradually instead of arriving as one spike.

Why control matters

A hundred emails in ten minutes is a spike. Send spreads it out.

Many tools drain a queue as fast as the mailbox allows. Send spreads the same volume across the hours you choose, with randomized gaps, and never lets a pause turn into a rush. That reduces sudden sending spikes and supports better sending practice.

Typical tool

Everything at 09:00

40 emails leave in the first minutes, all from one mailbox, all at once.

Protect your sending reputation

Control your volume. Keep the basics right.

Send campaigns gradually with configurable limits and delays. This helps avoid sudden sending spikes and gives you greater control over your outbound volume. No email platform can guarantee inbox placement. Deliverability depends on your domain reputation, authentication, recipient engagement, content quality, bounce rate, spam complaints, and the policies of receiving email providers.

Example: 100 emails in batches of 10, a randomized 20–35 minute delay between batches, inside a 09:00–17:00 window in your time zone. The day's volume arrives over about eight hours instead of a few minutes.

  • Sender Setup checklistSending email and domain verification, SPF, DKIM and DMARC read from your DNS, sending limits and unsubscribe settings, each marked Verified or Action Required.
  • Thresholds that pauseA campaign stops itself if bounces or spam complaints pass the limit, before the rest of the list is sent.
  • Suppression that sticksUnsubscribes, bounces and complaints are suppressed across every list in your workspace. Nobody is mailed twice from one campaign.
How it works

Four steps from list to replies.

The same four steps your team already follows, with the mistakes taken out.

01

Connect a mailbox

Your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 address, any SMTP server, or your own Amazon SES. It must pass sign-in and a live test message before it may send, and the checklist shows your SPF, DKIM and DMARC status.

02

Import your list

Upload a CSV or paste addresses. Headers are detected, duplicates and bad rows are shown before import, and anyone who ever unsubscribed is marked on arrival.

03

Write once

Plain text in, a proper HTML email and a plain-text twin out. Merge tags like {{first_name}}, {{company}} and any column from your file - checked before you can press Start.

04

Send at your pace

Choose a daily limit, batch size, randomized delay and sending window in your own time zone. Then watch live counts, the timeline, bounces, unsubscribes and every message's status.

Guardrails, on by default

Nothing leaves until it passes.

Every protection is part of the product, not a setting you have to find. They help you keep good sending habits campaign after campaign.

Questions

Before you ask.

Can you guarantee my emails reach the inbox?

No, and no email platform honestly can. Inbox placement depends on your domain reputation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, recipient engagement, content quality, bounce rate, spam complaints, and each receiving provider's policies. Send gives you control over how much you send and when, which helps you avoid sudden sending spikes and follow good sending practice.

Do emails go out from my own mailbox?

Yes. You connect the mailboxes you already use - Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP server - or your own Amazon SES. Replies land in your normal inbox. Every workspace sends only from its own domain.

Which time zone does scheduling use?

Yours. Each campaign has its own time zone, so a 09:00 to 17:00 window means 9 to 5 where you (or your recipients) are - New York, London, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney or anywhere else.

How do I pay?

By card, in US dollars, billed monthly or annually. Create your account, confirm your email and pay securely through Razorpay; your workspace opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Plan & billing.

Why is there no free trial?

Every workspace sends real mail from a real domain, and a paid account keeps the platform clear of throwaway senders. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the month you paid for.

Can I use a bought or scraped list?

No. Send only to people you have a lawful basis and a genuine reason to contact. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, opt-outs are honoured across all your lists, and workspaces with high bounce or complaint rates are paused. See the acceptable-use policy.

Do you track opens and clicks?

No. Tracking pixels and rewritten links can hurt deliverability, and privacy features in Apple Mail and Gmail make open rates unreliable anyway. You see delivered, failed, bounced, unsubscribed, and who is due a follow-up.

What happens if something is misconfigured?

After repeated identical failures - a revoked key, a mailbox that stopped accepting logins - the campaign pauses itself and the rest of your list is protected. After any pause, overdue emails are re-spread across the remaining window instead of sent in a rush.
