Policy
Acceptable use
Sendby QuikSync is for legitimate business email campaigns from your own domain, wherever you and your recipients are. These rules protect your recipients, your domain and every other customer. Breaking them can get a workspace paused.
Who you may write to
- People you have a lawful basis and a genuine, specific business reason to contact. Where the law requires consent (for example CASL in Canada, or PECR and GDPR for many recipients in the UK and EU), you must have it.
- No purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists that have not been checked, and no consumer mailing.
- Never anyone who has unsubscribed. Opt-outs apply across every list in your workspace and cannot be undone by re-importing.
What you may send
- Honest messages: a true sender name, a real reply-to address, a subject that matches the content.
- No phishing, malware, deceptive offers, adult content, or anything unlawful where you or the recipient are.
- Every message keeps the unsubscribe link and headers the product adds, and your business postal address in the footer. Removing or hiding them is not allowed.
Limits we enforce
- Mail leaves only from your workspace's verified domain, and only from mailboxes that passed verification.
- We watch bounce and complaint rates across the platform. Workspaces with persistently high rates are paused while we work it out with you.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach and your recipients, such as CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), UK GDPR and PECR, the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules, Australia's Spam Act, the UAE and Saudi data protection laws, Singapore's PDPA and Spam Control Act, and India's DPDP Act.
- Controlled sending helps you manage volume. It does not make unwanted mail acceptable, and no platform can guarantee inbox placement.
